The staff were all really helpful and friendly. When we had an early morning flight, they arranged a takeaway breakfast for us. Great communication. It was easy to arrange a pickup from our hotel in Ninh Binh. The breakfast selection is good, and the restaurant attached to the hotel is good in general. The food is good and reasonably priced. Great location in the Old Quarter too, lots to do in walking distance. Great for the price.
