CUSTOMERS WANT TO SEE A KIND,FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS,CARING PERSON WHO CAN SMILE AND SAY HELLO. A SMILE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY. KHALA WENT ABOVE & BEYOND ON MY LAST STAY. SHE HELPED ME OUT WITH THE TROUBLE THAT I WAS HAVING WITH MY TV.KHALA ALSO SENT ME THE NEXT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE GENTLEMEN WHO CAME TO FIX MY PROBLEM WITH THE TV WAS ALSO A VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE STAFF HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THE STAFF I MENTIONED NEED TO BE REWARDED AND RECOGNIZED.
