Since we were driving, the Lexen Hotel was a good choice! Safe parking and a quick getaway without getting caught in the LA traffic was a priority for us! Rooms were trendy and big and very comfortable! The check in staff was very helpful, didn't get her name, helped us with our uber booking!

Never stayed in such a horrible motel! no bedside lamps, half a roll of bathroom tissue. No blanket on the bed...... It was in a bad location. Will never stay there again and never recommend it to anybody!

Congested, chaotic and fairly dirty. Biggest disappointment: Balboa Lake Park -- this used to be a fantastic, beautiful place to bring our family, now it is rundown, overgrown and they've let the gorgeous trees and grass fields die! What a waste!
towels are changed every day, clean enough, but the room is on the ground floor, the window can be opened from the outside and the rest of the guests, everyone goes to their rooms past the windows, the noise insulation is very poor, the contingent is still, leaves much to be desired. the location is excellent near the shopping center and pharmacy, cafe. I didn’t like that the water in the shower was always barely warm, and it was cold enough for California outside.
