-Newest hotel at the mountain. Better facilities and interior design compared to other hotels at the region.
-House Keeping was great. Room was clean on time everyday.
-Restaurant & Bar staff very attentive.
-Spa facilities were amazing. Nice gym. Also very good massage therapists.
-Only good cook was a lady by the oven that was making Lahmacun. Good thing she was there.
-Close to the slopes. Almost all the other hotels are in the same location. Still a positive.

The hotel is really good, the place is beautiful and not so far from the ski resort. Stuff is really friendly and ready to help. And also the transfer from the hotel to the mountain and back, that's quite convenient. View from the window is good too. :)

It’s the beat place for skiing at all in Turkey. The people are very helpful, the area is well prepared and there are levels in the mountain for different skills of skiing. Sarıkamiş habitat hotel was great. Most people can speak English and very helpful in the reception, Resturants and Spa. Full board with amazing dishes every day. The spa services in really amazing with excellent massage techniques. The cost is good for all services.
Ski slopes are very nice. You have a variety of slopes to ski, several choices of each of green, blue, red and black. Snow quality is top, crystal snow that washes off you like powder. Snowflake Dag Hotel was perfect for our needs, very good value for money. Hotel food was very good. The area is famous for cheese and goose. Kars Kaz evi-Nuran Abla Restaurant is amazing, it's an hour away in the center of Kars, you must nor miss it.

Sarikamis is perfect for winter sports, it has crystal snow and beautiful slopes.
We stayed in Duja hotel which was right next to the slopes where we rented our ski gear and took some private lessons with professional instructors.
Location is great and the hotel building itself is amazing. It totally matches with the mountain soul and is in a great harmony. Entire hotel staff are amazing. They are kind, welcoming and very helpful all the time.
Of course foods are delicious as expected. We stayed as family and I would like to express our gratitude to operation manager Sinan and all the staff including but not limited to Ali in the restaurant/bar, Ebru and Enes in the kids club, and all others whom I could not mention here.
Mr Sarkan Grate manager And Miss Elif Thank you again for your hospitality! We have thoroughly enjoyed your company . We couldn't express our gratitude enough for all of your efforts in making our trip so memorable.

The location was perfect! The hotel is right next to the slopes. Beautiful atmosphere, good food, welcoming staff. The kids had a great time skiing with professional instructors, while i did some amazing yoga classes with Elina. Overall we loved our winter vacation and we'll sure return there.
