Great staff, location, and atmosphere. I'd stay here again. It was a great spot for a couples getaway with easy Uber rides all around San Juan.

Well this is a very nice find. Special little hotel which has been done really well. The people are fantastic and the hotel has an amazing restaurant with pool on the roof. I would recommend going! Already have a to friend visiting PR in the next month. I will be back!

EL Colonial Open Bar Adults Only es un alojamiento bien situado en San Juan que ofrece terraza, wifi gratis, bar y habitaciones con aire acondicionado. The location was perfect! So convienent and quiet. The staff are charming, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were excellent. Super clean facility!!! I will be back very soon!! The rooms need dimmer switches on the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfotable. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. I loved that they had 2 luggage racks, one for each of us.

The Looking Glass Hotel está muy bien situado en el barrio de Santurce, San Juan, a 16 min a pie de Ocean Park Beach, a 1,9 km de Playa del Condado y a 11 min a pie de Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico. Jarod and the team provided excellent customer service. My flight was delayed by 12 hours and Jarod provided reassurance and simple instructions to enter the property - even though I wasn’t arriving until 7am! The room was clean and the bed so comfortable! Amazing stay thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was truly exceptional, thanks to Victor, who made it a memorable experience. He brought the meal with such joy and passion, describing each dish in detail. The coffee was perfectly brewed with just the right touch of spices, and the peaceful atmosphere added to the charm.
