During our trip to Poland we had visited 3 hotels in several cities and this one we liked most;) I love the combination of colours used in our room, we appreciated very much the count of wall plugs, even for direct USB charging. The view over the river was magnificient. The staff very friendly and helpful everywhere we met them. Thanks a lot!!

Nice off the beaten path location. Beautiful hotel, rooms and surrounding scenery. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Arranged for champagne and flowers at my request and reached out closer to the date to confirm. Big shout out to Maria for all her help!! Staff were great as well as the food. Thank you for making our first stay in Zakopane so memorable! Cheers from some very happy canucks!
