The hotel was ideally located for our stay and had ecerything we needed for our one night stay. There was a comfortable bed with very comfy pillows, a large tv screen and we also had the use of a terrace outside our room. The coffee machine was a nice addition! The breakfast buffet offered a very large choice, and had a good vegetarian selection.

It is one of my favourite cities and I have visited 3 times and never get tired. It is small, and easy to walk around without feeling over crowded. If only the Luxembourg embassy in London were nice, staff there are quite rude almost like they are doing tourist favours granting visas.

Prices are not too bad.
Public transport is free in the country.
It’s relatively easy to do excursions to other towns.
I would recommend that you visit Vianden, the castle there and Victor Hugo’s house.

The Wenzel circuit offers great views.
The Wenzel circuit offers great views. The touristic areas look great and are not too busy. The Duke's Palace guided tours must be a great experience, but unless one books in advance at the tourist office (also onlline?) it will be difficult to get admission. I will try next time, for sure.
Mostly I ate the food I brought from the supermarket. But I had a superb lunch at O'Luso (Rue Bonnevoie).
Some of the most famous attractions are not in the centre: Library at Kirchberg, European Court of Justice, Vauban Villa. With free transportation, the only viable excuse for not going there is lack of time.
The MNAHA has an outstanding archaeological collection (until Roman times). The art collection pales in comparison with other collections in Belgium and The Netherlands.

Luxembourg is such a beautiful city to behold.
Luxembourg is such a beautiful city to behold. It is very calm, neat and inviting.
The only thing I didn't like was the high prices of things. Luxemburg is very expensive for an average person to visit, especially with a large family.
Generous Breakfast, large rooms with comfy beds. The hotel rooms were quiet. It does have a conference feel to the hotel but our family (2 x adults and 2 x teens) were quite happy to stay and would stay again. A free bus very close to the hotel runs into the city centre.
The hotel has some other cute touches like, a cookie on arrival, sweets in the lobby and free soft drinks.
Parking was also free.
I was sceptical about the location at first but it is actually very close to the city centre. the public transport in Luxembourg is also free, so you can literally stay anywhere there. The hotel is very stylist. i like the decoration there. Breakfast is also very good. They have fresh bread and that's more than enough for me. Parking spot behind the hotel is also very convenient for us.
Great hotel less than a 5 minute walk to the airport. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Nice little bar area too with drinks all at reasonable prices. Bus into the city centre either on the main road outside the hotel or a couple more options back outside the hotel.
The place has good value for money, the location is perfect and it has a good connection with the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and clean. In general, it is a good place to stay in Luxembourg.
