A very special place. Cosy and welcoming with beautiful Christmas decorations and a wonderful atmosphere. The room was beautifully presented with lovely little touches. A delicious drinks menu and amazing food. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back.
Booking.Com's confusing booking scheme. I was asked to pay by card online, which I did and had a receipt. It even said any extra's will have to be paid to the Masons Arms before leaving.
When we came to leave I had to pay for the stay, as Booking.Com hadn't paid them. I now have to wait for a statement to see if I have paid twice, and claim one back if so!
