The hotel was beuatiful and located perfectly to be near restaurants and bars (one nearby even had free live music my first night!) while still being quiet. I absolutely loved the elegance of the hotel, the decor was amazing, bed was comfortable and cosy, my room had a lot of natural light, wonderful water pressure in the shower.

Didn't really see much of Letchworth as our visit was to spend time with family. We did have lunch at The Broadway Hotel. Food excellent. Staff very cheerful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

My own stay was ok, Any guests who have access difficulties or are a wheel chair user may have a few problems here. Please note this is a nice Old Hall and sometimes it is difficult to make all accessibility possible due to steps between floors etc. there are lifts but they are small.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great space for night life, cafes and restaurants - people mostly are passive aggressive customer service is really bad overall in most shops / establishments i visited. Example Timpson's and The community chairty furniture shop, they were so rude and so were the hosts in restaurants. But would highly recommend the Culvino Lounge 1000% top nottch customer service :-) The rest

The setting of the hotel was lovely.
The setting of the hotel was lovely. It was also in a good location to access other local towns. Letchworth Town centre is lovely. Plenty of eateries, so many choices. Friendly locals. Great charity shops and plenty of them.

Amazing location, staff and facilities.
Amazing location, staff and facilities. The late checkout was really appreciated as I didn't have to be at work until the afternoon. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, with plenty of choice. Would happily stay again

This is an old and scruffy hotel.
This is an old and scruffy hotel. The staff are not trained and are rude and unhelpful.
This hotel needs a professional manager to instil some discipline and training. I'm not surprised that we got a room when all the other hotels and pubs in the area were booked.
I like the Hotel decor, modern style.
The Hotel is in a Central location in Letchworth and near the railway station. Easy, swift trips into London itself to shop and sightsee.
Comfortable beds.
Loved the en-suite having a bath, used it to relax in, relieving aching muscles.
Lovely food, plentiful menus.
Pleasant staff.
Worth the money, reasonable rates.
Car parking available.
We liked the quietness. Exactly what we needed. Beautiful hotel.
Great location to all the surrounding areas we wanted to visit.
Breakfast was wonderful. Great selection of cooked and continental. Great catering for all dietary needs
Friendly helpful staff.
Great access to the Nuffield spa facilities next to the hotel.
Beautiful hotel grounds to relax with the family.
Clean, comfortable and very spacious room (considering it was a Single). Decent bathroom, and a filling buffet breakfast in the morning. I used the hotel mainly as an overnight stop prior to going to the Shuttleworth Collection near Biggleswade the next day, but its location right in the town centre meant I could sample the delights of Letchworth in the evening as well.
The staff were very friendly, the setting wonderful, The Fox pub did great food. Decor of the room was wonderful. Comfy bed (but see below). Very dog friendly in the bar. Great walks from the door for the dog. Lots of parking. Can charge a car if needed at a BP Pulse at the hotel Mecure 10 mins away.
