Gorgeous building with beautiful views!
Stayed here after a day at Alton Towers ( 10 mins away ) what a gem of a place. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a nice place close to the park. Even has a 12 hole golf course that looks amazing.
The lad on the reception was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble to help.
Had the full English breakfast included that was very good, wish I had tried the dinner as the menu looked very good and good price.
Family room was spacious and really comfortable, no noise at all.
Set in Wetleyrocks, 12 km from Trentham Gardens, Burleigh House offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant.

Easy to find, simple check in, kettle and coffee in the room, simple, clean, great value for money, 20 min from Alton towers, restaurant open till 10 pm which was great as we were hungry

A small, yet quite lovely little place. The thing that makes it is the people. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, a great place!
There isn’t an abundance of shops and if you want a quick and cheap bite to eat there are a few weatherspoon/hungry horse type of places around.

A cute village feel with some lovely history and quite a few cute shops. Plenty of choices for take away food locally and our host had thoughtfully left these with our personal welcome note, which was a lovely touch.

We stayed near to Alton Towers, and it was a short drive to...
We stayed near to Alton Towers, and it was a short drive to the resort. Alton Towers is in the middle of nowhere, and signage sometimes led us part way, and then just stopped. The SatNav lost signal, and Google Maps saved the day. We had a fantastic day - it was our granddaughter's 4th birthday, and her first trip to a theme part. We were lucky with the weather, so couldn't fault anything. The queues for the rides weren't too bad, and as we brought picnics, we didn't need to wait for refreshment.

Booked a hotel in Cheadle as it was close to Alton Castle where we were visiting. Had a meal in the High Street which was fine but not really too much else to do in the area although there is much beautiful countryside if you are a rambler/walker!
the hotel was lovely and in such a good location, about a 15 minute drive to Alton towers & a 25 minute drive to Dovedale, so overall an amazing location! The town Cheadle itself is very nice, and has pretty much everything you need! The seamless check in & out is amazing, as it’s very quick and straight forward. The garden is lovely, and can imagine in the summer it’d be even lovelier!

stylish decor , clean , facilities were second to none. instructions were at hand if needed. The extras very very thoughtful and made it so homely I came accross this when looking for a hotel. This will now be a preferred choice .
Very pleasant stay with Abbey at Cheadle. Comfortable well priced accomodation close to everything we planned to do. Great recommendations for places to eat.
