Very clear instructions both for door codes. Also the instructions for parking around the corner were very useful! Sadly when we arrived there was no room for us after a 7 hour drive. We waited for the manager. He had a solution. There was a room at another of their hotels 15 km away near Vichy. It was a cheaper hotel so our meal and wine were paid for by Clos. It was Hotel Larivaut which was excellent. Very pleasant manager and excellent food.

Generally OK for a overnight stop, but it was on an industrial estate and hence no other facilities other than those offered by the hotel. Food was reasonable, and the overall cost of the stay was good
