This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Eloise, who went out of her way to assist us every day. The hotel’s exterior doesn't do justice to its clean, modern, and stylish interior. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with fantastic views of the city. Being right next to the Westfield shopping center, with hundreds of shops and plenty of dining options, made the location perfect. When we return to Lyon, this will definitely be our go-to spot!

It's a good place for a quick stop... the staff aren't that pleasant, except for the young boy receptionist who was there when we arrived on Friday... the cleaning staff are always rude...

I loved the big beautiful park and big free parking at the hotel. The room was simple and clean, with a kettle and cups, tea and coffee. The place is calme, so I could sleep without problems. Check-out on 12h is very convenient! 24h reception is good too.
