It was thanks to the excellent service and help from the hotel staff that I was able to recover them. I am very grateful for the numerous calls they made to assist me. Thank you, Thierri, Kevin, David, and others. As for the hotel, it has excellent rooms, very clean, well-located just 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and other major sights, with convenient parking nearby. It definitely offers great value for money in Paris. I would certainly stay here again!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed! The room is clean and well-equipped and was bigger than expected. The location is perfect and right in the old city.
