It is a delightful hotel spread over three buildings. The staff and service were excellent. The room was a good size and the bathroom very good. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The pool was also very good. We paid for the secure parking which we recommend. At anytime when we required the car it was delivered to outside reception within 10 minutes. The highlight is the Michelin star restaurant which was very good.

Your hosting was great and welcoming and we felt very happy and comfortable during our stay with you.
We had all the amenities we needed, fresh towels, hairdryer, shower gel ect. There was free parking nearby too.

Exceptionally beautiful, this extremely well converted farmhouse is set among gentle hills and honey-coloured stone cottages where the quiet is broken only by birdsong and the lowing of Charollais cattle grazing in rich pastures. To find it, drive slowly and follow the signs with "Escale" in green letters. Hervé and Adeline could not have been kinder or more charming. Breakfast was delicious, baguette, croissants and homemade jam. In the evening, at their recommendation, we ate very well at the restaurant in nearby Oyé.

Nice and authentic house with an excellent host. We booked the family room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is served in the common room; it was a delicious breakfast and it was pleasant to meet other guests.

We stayed for a wedding but I wouldn't have stayed there that long if it was a normal holiday. It is a VERY quiet town with not much going on. Restaurants not open late, and shops either rarely open or close very early. Lovely if you want a very peaceful place to stay and just do your own cooking.

Right in the heart of Charolles lies this peaceful, tastefully decorated and wonderful chambre d’hôte. The host was extremely friendly and the included breakfast, excellent. If you fancy staying somewhere uniquely enjoyable, this is the place for you!
