The sea was wonderful, It's far from the hotel but there is a Golf car available all the time. Restaurant. The food was tasty, and the staff at the restaurant was very helpful. The kids pool was good. some activities in the club for the kids were also good.

- Managers are welcoming. - There was a show daily during my stay e.g singing, dancing, and muscle man show.

We’ve stayed at the Tolip hotel 4 times in the last 6 months. The price is reasonable for the facilities and compared to other 5 star hotels in the north coast, this was the cheapest. The hotel is beachfront, and of courses the north coast sea speaks for itself, Tolip do a good job of maintaining the beach area, however we didn’t get support with finding sitting area on the beach, the staff all huddle at the top so if you need something you need to walk off the beach. This hotel never feels crowded which I enjoy because we had younger children. There is a transport that takes you from hotel to beach and vice versa. We have stayed in the villas and the hotel rooms/suites and both are equally nice. The villas are spacious and decor was good however the last villa we were given looked tired and in need for maintainence. The fridge stopped working over night and all of our pre-made food, meats, etc completely ruined. We complained about this and it took all day with various disturbances to solve the problem. Unfortunately the manager refused to provide us with a meal in the restaurant and sent a small portion of cold (horrible) food for the kids. Even thought they could see how much of our food was wasted. The customer service was disappointed. We did not expect a villa in 5 star resort to have a fridge that did not work and this affected our entire trip as we had prepared food and had a lot of shopping in the fridge. The room and suite this time round were satisfactory, there was no equipment in the kitchen to be able to prepare foods etc. we had to ask for a spoon. So doesn’t seem any point to have a kitchen in the suite when it’s all empty and unusable. Although this hotel is good for the price I would recommend spending a little more and choosing a different 5 star.

El Montaza is cute and very safe and family oriented, quite dated but honestly the beach is gorgeous and the services are exactly what you need. Grilled fish and bbq meat and supermarkets all there. Pool is saltwater and mainly families but the SEA is the best. The chalet is super cute, clean and has everything you need literally everything. I couldn’t have asked for more at the price we paid. Garden is such a vibe in the evenings and has a bbq which was a perfect addition. 3 nights were not enough. The host is super chill and even called to make sure everything was ok the day after check in. He was super helpful and waited for us for late check in with a massive smile on his face. Couldn’t thank him enough.

the resort is amazing, all the chalets face the pool with a great view during the day and at night. The beach was really nice and the cafe by the beach. They open at night, making it a good place to spend the night. I recommend it and will go again.
