The staff were incredibly helpful—Alex helped me plan the perfect itinerary, and Moa made the best tea and was always there to assist with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We booked breakfast but there were nice mid day snacks and also in the evening if you were hungry. Overall price/value of the hotel is great.

Modern stylish and chic. Staff were extremely helpful in giving suggestions. For place where space is premium they have managed to design rooms and space well.

Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. The people at reception were super kind and helpful. Lily spoke very good English and make communication very easy. They helped me plan my time in Zhangjiajie. They also provided free drop to nearby locations.

The staff were friendly and were very accomodating to our needs. The distance to the airport was at close proximity . Rooms were clean , The beds were comfortable and we were able to relax after a long flight. The shuttle service was great and at good intervals.
