And we can give her 10/10 for her exceptional service in showing us the room, how to use the tablet in the room. Air conditioning and TV, mini bar all free. Super super nice and friendly. Gave us many tips and maps on what to do in Vienna. She’s the best service staff I have met in Europe. 3. Conceirge was helpful as well in helping us with the luggages and calling for a van to the airport.

Both the hotel and the room was excellent, it was clean and modern, I was amazed that I can control all the entries and doors from my mobile phone, and self checking was also super helpful considering that we've arrived during the night. The breakfast was also excellent and delicious, I also had one of my best showers ever here. We could consume from the minibar for free which I was also happy about. The snowy view was perfect as well. I recommend anyone to book a stay here.
