Arrived relatively late in the evening. Had a warm and helpful welcome at reception. I was offered and accepted a free upgrade to the 'main hotel' despite booking the ancillary one. Very much appreciated as the main hotel had air conditioning - on a very warm summer evening. Reception was also helpful in booking a taxi which was more of a shuttle service for the next morning to the airport. I had an excellent dinner there as well.

Location convenient, but out of centre (for my needs it was perfect, with metro stop really near) The breakfast very good, very good food selection and good quality.
