Great location, just in front of the beach, which is lovely to walk and relax. also close to Edinburgh to combine with a city break. some cookies, coffee and chocolates provided which were greatly appreciated.

We were room 6 in flat 1 which was a basement room. It had a very small window but was well lit. Toilet and sink in room, shower facilities were shared and in the corridor. Very clean and fresh and well maintained. Toiletries provided and hairdryer included also.
The property was very clean , spacious and well located for the city with excellent transport links for venturing in/ outside of the city to Portobello beach. Very helpful family member next door who provided assistance with key safe arrangement.
Very well appointed apartment. Modern decor, very clean. Everything you need. Free parking on the street right out side. Right on the beach so great views and a place for a walk if you like. Lovely host who was very accommodating with my late check in after delayed flights. Edinburgh city centre is a short 20 minute drive.
The property was very clean and tidy! Towels, and iron and full kitchen appliances available for us. The bed and couch are comfy and the apartment is cozy over all. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk from the beach which had stunning views and lots of little pubs and a nice seafood restaurant available! It’s right on the high street so easy to get the 26 bus in and out of Edinburgh for sight seeing and travel by train. We will be back to stay again!

Excellent location perfect for going to the beach and for going into the city. The property felt very clean and well looked after. It was very homely with facilities for all ages. Felt like a home from home. Even on the busy Saturday you were not disturbed by other people in the area
The apartment is very clean, cosy and nice decorated. Located in an area close to a beach promenade (5-10 min walk), restaurants and shops in the area as well. Bus station just across the street, direct link to city center (20 min ride).
