This is a lovely place to stay. I liked the natural desert landscape around the tents. Food was o.k. Breakfast choice a bit limited, but we were the only guests so it's understandable. Rooms large and sensibly furnished. Comfortable bed. Bathroom a bit basic - need to repair the floors and provide more hooks for towels etc. Service excellent and staff very friendly.
For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.

Staying at the desert harmony resort in Jaisalmer was an incredible adventure. The camel safari across the dunes at sunset was a surreal experience. The tents were comfortable, and the cultural program in the evening provided insight into Rajasthani culture. A perfect getaway in the Thar Desert!
had the best experience with Thar Royal Desert Camp ! Me and my friend went on the safari together, where we first went on the Jeep around in the desert. Here we got to ride camels while watching the sunset. After we went to the campsite which was a peaceful place. At night we slept in tents where they provided nice warm blankets. In the morning, we had chai, a light breakfast and good talks again. It was such a big experience for us and one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited.
