The Little Mill Inn is a traditional country pub is in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, close to Hayfield, Kinder Scout and The Pennine Way. We stayed at the little mill for the second time, We just loved the peace and quiet , and the opportunity to switch off completely, Sarah & Ian and all of the staff where wonderful hosts , we will be back.

Where modern heritage meets a warm Derbyshire welcome. Oakhill is a beautiful Grade 2 Listed (Georgian style) house built by the Arkwright family in the mid 19th century, as a private family dwelling.... It was perfect - location, the gardens, the food and the staff. Really lovely hotel.

Set in Longnor, within 11 km of Buxton Opera House and 22 km of Chatsworth House, Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese offers accommodation with a bar as well as free private parking for guests who drive. A wonderful place and a more than warm and welcoming host and staff. I'll come again.

Luxury Shepherd Hut in the Peak District in Bakewell provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. We absolutely loved it here. The view from the hut is stunning, At arrival a lot of little attentions welcomed us and our dog. Dog towels, treats, a toy, a chew, bowels. Everything was there. Very dog friendly. The owner came to check on us every now and then and was very friendly and attentive. There´s lots to do in the area. So we´ll come back for sure, one week´s too short!! Situated in Bradwell, in a historic building, 18 km from Buxton Opera House, Lyndale House is a bed and breakfast with a garden and terrace. The house and room were very comfortable and clean. The shared bathroom was new, clean, and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for the price.

Located in Castleton, 16 km from Buxton Opera House, Bulls Head, Castleton provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Perfect picturesque location for your stay in the Peak District. So many walks from the doorstep to nearby ridges for marvellous views. Room very comfortable, slept so well, even a fridge which is always a great bonus. Lovely decor and beams throughout, bar and restaurant and onsite parking. Staff very friendly and at hand for anything you need. 100% recommend a stay here :)
