It comes as no surprise that all previous visitors rate this B&B as a 10. It gets 10+ from us. The hosts Alan and Lillian were amazing and were very knowledgeable about the area, places to visit, and where to eat.
Needles to say the rooms were luxurious and beautifully decorated with loving attention to detail and comfort. We loved the outside patio with its breathtaking sea views.
How do i describe breakfast? Masterchef quality . Creative. Unique.A feast for the eye and tastebuds. Exquisitely prepared treats, served on beautiful crockery. We have never experienced anything like it in all our years of travel.
The B&B has a number of beaches within walking distance. Photographers dream!

Great location right opposite the golf course and close to all other parts of the town. The staff were great, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. No loadshedding problems, ample car parking, good WiFi. The food in the Thistle Restaurant was excellent and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The onsite pub was well stocked and the food menu looked extensive. Very good value for money.
Location was stunning, over the road from a main beach, facility very clean and fitted with the best fixtures.

The peace and quiet of the surrounds was great followed by the charming set-up of the apartment (paintings on the wall, antique furniture and best of all... the bath tub on legs). I also appreciated the availability of good WIFI since there was no TV (thought not having a TV would be the end of the world, but it was not too bad) and other small things... coffee and biscuits, drinking water, and messages from host who made sure we were happy.
Excellent breakfast. Beautiful, quiet and clean location. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and were always available to help if we required anything. I would definitely return for a quiet break-away.
