We stayed in the Beach Villa. It was just as described, I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it is only a 2 star, but my family of 4 had a very comfortable stay. There were 2 air con units one in the bedroom and another in the lounge. A fridge freezer which meant we could stock up at the supermarket for drinks and icecreams. We didn't use the cooking facilities though but they looked fine. The sea water at the end of July is like having a warm bath. It was lovely to swim in and so we didn't use the pool.There are 4/5 kayaks to borrow which you can book for an hour slot and they lend you the bounancy aids too.The rails around the villas veranda made it easy to dry towels and swimwear. There are sun loungers to use on the grass area next to the beach although we didn't manage more than 10 minutes in the heat. The pontoon has a great view of the sunset and if lucky you can spot dolphins. We enjoyed seeing all the wild iguanas and lizards which are plentiful. During our stay we enjoyed a snorkeling and sandbar trip with clearly unique, key largo princess glass bottom boat trip, feeding the Tarpon at Robbie's of Islamorada. A private trip on the everglades with Miami Everglades connection.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The bungalow (which was a tiny duplex) was directly in front of the driveway, you could literally step out your door and be in the driveway. The private beach was littered with empty bottles and cigarette butts. Sea grass was covering the beach area. No exhaust fans in the bathroom.
We didn't like much about the place and left early.
The resort was superb, if you are looking for peace and tranquility this is the place. Nice beach, quiet and private accommodation, lots of possible activities like biking or kayaking, large pool area. Everything surpassed our expectations.

Room was excellent - loved the private balcony. Although we didn't have an official ocean view room, the ocean was visible through the trees!
There is so much to do here with no need to get in the car! 2 private beaches, pier walk with lovely sunset views, 3 excellent restaurants, pools, beachside tiki bars, free paddleboards, kayak, and bicycles. Very quiet especially after dark. Very clean! This property was so relaxing!

Absolutely loved this place! Very private, clean, quiet, quaint & very picturesque. Enjoyed free access to bikes for exploring around. Enjoyed our stay immensely!
- small private water front (not really a beach) with loungers, hammocks and some sandy spots. Great for a swim and a bit of snorkeling.
- available snokles and kayaks. So handy and will save you some money. Easy paddle at the front or there are some smaller islands close by for a bit more exploring.
- room was spacious and very clean with a small kitchen with fridge. Aircon was working maybe too well, we turned it off.
- great location with restaurants and islamorada brewery across the road.
