Hotel placed in close distance from whole center of the city. It’s still in center but little bit on side. Could be more invested but it fair enough for the price.

This is a charming hotel right at the heart of Selcuk. The location is perfect for sightseeing (the early Byzantine basilica of St John is 5 minutes away; the ancient city of Ephesos 7 minutes by car/taxi; there's a minibus terminal 5 minutes away, next to the Ephesos museum). There's loads of superb cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Thoroughly recommended!

It is a nice, clean and well equipped hostel. Our host was very nice, she called us when we arrived late. She is an artist, her works decorate the building. From the top floor it is a good view to nearby mountains of a national park and the sea.

It is a very nice place to stay with friendly owners, The rooms are comfortable, clean and authentically designed. There is a small fireplace inside the rooms which can be very cozy in the winter time. Breakfast was very delicious and served with home made fruit jams.

The hotel has a great location (it’s a minute away from the center), it has a private parking too. The room was very nice and clean. The garden is calm and beautiful place.
The owner is a great person! He offered us our favorite tea, made us wonderful and very rich breakfast and gave us a recommendation for a place to visit.
Great apartment in a great location :) Very close to the Port of Kusadasi. We took the ferry next day to Samos, and were allowed to leave our car at the hotels private parking. Thanks a lot for your hospitality! :)

Great stay, and great location. Very friendly host. The apartment is inside a condo complex with a terrace and nice garden in front of you. Good swimming pool. Very quiet. Beach is very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Groceries/drinks next to the location. Local bus 5 stop, which will bring you fast to the city center in front of the complex. Overall, fantastic stay I'm sure I'll repeat.

Quiet as adults only, with limited sunbeds, worked for our trip as its in May but at busy season you may struggle to get a good sunbed.
Hotel is right beside marina with lovely restaurants cheaper than the centre. Centre is 10 mins walk which is nice along the beach
