We stayed in this hotel just for one night but wish we could stay more! The rooms are very simple, but they have everything you need: shower, safe and a small fridge. But what I loved the most in this hotel is the view! Omg, the terrace where you can have your breakfast (which is included) is just amazing because hotel is located on the river. Also, I really wanted to mention and to say thanks to the owner who really saved us. We had our plane in like 2 hours and still had to go to another city. He said he will help us and take us there himself because it will be faster than by bus. I was amazed by this hospitality. I totally recommend staying here!

The staff there were very nice and friendly. It is not far from the airport and there are many animals there. My kids had a lot of fun feeding the fish and running after the ducks. It was very fun.
Dalyan itself is a lush and picturesque fishing village situated in the middle of a nature reserve. The river, a wide delta is connected to both the sea and the freshwater lake at Koyceyiz.

A lovely, small, family-run place with a beautiful garden and excellent breakfasts right on the river. Just reclining in a chair and watching the river flow by, with a view of the Lycian tombs across the river, is a wonderful way to pass time on a holiday.

Great location (5min by foot to Sok store, 10min to Migros, 15min to the city center, 20min by taxi to the beach). The villa itself has everything you ever need. The pool was cleaned every day by a staff member early in the morning.
The grill place is intact and usable(it would be nice to have some metal brush to clean it, but it's minor thing).
Spacious, comfortable villa with a lovely pool and 2 large covered verandas. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and quiet air conditioning. House was very clean and so nice to have a crystal clear pool. Great location too, nice and quiet yet only a few minutes from the closest shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Plenty of safe on street parking just outside. Met the owner on site with the keys on arrival, she is very friendly and helpful as was the local agent via Whatsapp.
Great location, close enough to the town but far away enough to be quiet. The house is perfect, the ground floor is more traditional Turkish decor while the 1st floor rooms are recently refurbished to a high standard and modern.
The garden is private, large and the pool is a perfect size. The house has everything you need for that home from home feeling and fully catered for self catering as you'd expect.
We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave, we will be back!
Others said it had a bohemian vibe which I would agree with. Nice private pool with an all day bar serving snacks and great fresh fruit drinks. Spacious rooms for no extra premium. Just around the corner from all the bars and restaurants, but still feels quiet and out of the way.
Fantastic! Great location, nice and quiet, wonderful pool, excellent breakfast. This place felt very much like luxury, especially for the price. I would definitely stay there again. 100% recommended.
