The place is very welcoming and feels like home, with friendly hosts and wonderful atmosphere. The room is very clean with modern bathroom that is perfectly matches with the "old" and traditional style house. I liked many small details in the interior of the house.

The breakfast was sumptuous; it included a delicious fruit salad, crepe, different breads, juice, yogurt or cheese. The owner, Isabelle prepares everything herself serving it in an attractive garden area. My room was spacious, though I was told I had the largest in the house. All the furnishings and decor were elegant and carefully selected. The location was calm and quiet. The owner was delightful and she even took me to the train station at the end of my stay.
Saint yves enjoys a location in Dinan, a 12-minute walk from Dinan Train Station and 14 miles from Port Breton Park.

We had a brilliant week staying in the Blue room at Saint Yves. After a great night's sleep in an extremely comfortable bed. We had a delicious and plentiful breakfast. There is wonderful shower, I liked that we had dressing gowns. We had all we needed to relax.
Dinan was a good base, lots of choice of places to eat and explore. Close to the river where we had a good walk.

The Clos du Cèdre is clearly a work of passion for Xavier, Marion and family. Our room was extremely well appointed, as is the rest of the property and we were made to feel welcome. I would definitely stay again, for a longer period this time as Dinan is a very charming town

Great location. On the Rance River. We walked to the old part of town. Loved the view from the window.
Had a bucket of delicious mussels at a restaurant just down the street.
Large bed. Very clean. Nice decor. Had a small wardrobe that was handy.
Room key was in the door.

Great location by the walls just a few minutes walk from the town centre with the bonus of secure parking. Quiet and peaceful stay. Very well equipped kitchen.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Secure garage parking in a busy town was fantastic. The location near facilities and the many boutique shops not to mention the historic areas was excellent.
Great location, perfect starting point for site seeing or cycling like we did. The accommodation has everything you need for a weeks stay, whilst the front door opens onto the street the rear of the accommodation is secure and private with plenty of room for parking. There must be at least a dozen restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the old centre of the town is not much further. We would definitely return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely boutique hotel . Our room was spacious and light and the bed big and comfy. Breakfast each morning was delicious . Our host Patrick was very helpful and friendly . The position was really good a short walk to restaurants and shops but quiet enough for a good sleep at night . We would definitely stay here again.
It was everything we needed and more. The place was spotless, and charmingly decorated. The location was great - close to everything. Walkable from the train station, and right beside the tourist information centre, château and the historic village streets. Also close to the bus stop that took us to Dinard and to St Malo.
Jérémy was a great host, even though we didn’t meet him. Accommodating and helpful and very responsive to messages.
