This place lives up to its name! Animal lovers will especially like it as there are numerous hens and cats, plus turtles in a range of sizes. The room/bathroom is an outhouse at the bottom of an artfully overgrown garden (the host, Moon, is a knowledgeable gardener) and the kitchen is an annex at the other end - with a table and loungers in between. A wonderfully relaxing spot. Thank you Moon for your recommendations for good local beaches and a truly amazing oyster restaurant. Also for sharing your passion for music with us. For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location to the beach. Exceptionally friendly staff. So impressed with them especially the breakfast lady, the outside bar, the reception man when we arrived.
L'envie is a cluster of individual units aaround a good sized swimmig pool. The units have been built to a very high standard with luxury touches everywhere (at least if ours is anything to go by). Everything is encolsed behind security gates, opened by a code, so you can park your car (or in our case bicycles) safely. Our hosts gave us a great welcome and the breakfast they provided was delicious. Recommended.
