On this self-guided driving tour, you'll be able to explore Newport and learn about its history and modern transformation. Once you begin this tour, you'll drive down the scenic Bellevue Avenue to see several Gilded Age Mansions, including the Marble House, Rosecliff, The Elms and more.
From here, you'll head to Ocean Drive to enjoy picturesque views. Along the way, you'll be able to enjoy the fresh air and learn about the history of trading, seafaring and yachting in Newport.
Next, you'll pass by Brenton Point State Park, Castle Hill Inn, Newport Country Club and the childhood home of Jackie Kennedy. At the end of the tour, you'll visit St Mary's Church back near the Newport Visitor Center.
