You will receive your Alcatraz tickets two days before departure.
If you book within two days of departure, you will be sent details by the end of the day on which you booked.
Please note that your Alcatraz time slot will be assigned randomly by the provider and could be as early as 09:00 or as late as 16:00.
Please note that you will not be able to do a walk-up outside of your assigned time.
You can stay as long as you want on Alcatraz. The return ferry departs every hour.
