Our Philly By Night tour offers a spectacular view of the city after dark, when our skyline is beautifully transformed with lights. The tour passes by historic sites such as the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, and makes a stop at the Philadelphia Art Museum's Rocky Steps where you can snap a photo with the hometown hero or run to the top of the steps for the best view of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and City Hall.
