On this small-group tour, you’ll have the chance to explore some of the highlights of Cappadocia. After pickup from your hotel, you’ll discover some of the natural and historical sights of the region with the help of an expert tour guide.
Your tour will take in the Ihlara Valley, with a hike in the 15 km canyon and visits to crater lakes, churches, monasteries and the Melendiz River. You’ll also be able to spend time at Derinkuyu, once home to over 20,000 people and one of the largest underground cities ever discovered.
You can round out your tour with visits to Selime Monastery and the scenic Pigeon Valley before having the opportunity to sample Cappadocian cuisine at a local restaurant.
