This experience will take you on a full-day wellness retreat at Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui. You will get to choose from four wellness programs designed to promote fitness and relaxation. You can improve your core strength and balance with yoga and Pilates classes, get active with workout sessions personalised to your needs, and reset your body with detox and clean eating.
Along with the fitness classes, you will be treated to a therapeutic massage and get to decompress in the sauna, steam room or plunge pool. Light, healthy meals will be served for lunch and dinner.
