This city walk is guided by an authorized Uppsala guide and covers a variety of themes. In short, there will be well-chosen parts from the 12th century until around 1900 and a variety of time periods.

The guided tour visits the University House, whose builder went bankrupt due to. the decorations on the house, and the Cathedral which was built from the 1270s to 1430s. Hear about the murder at Uppsala Castle and stand in the courtyard and look out over the Botanical Garden, one of the oldest botanical gardens in Europe.

Hear broadly about different buildings and for Uppsala important people such as Celsius, Linné and Rudbeck. Hear about the anatomical theater and its brilliance (apart from the ventilation function that did not exist). Explore the university building, teachers who sold essays, and about the university's founding to be better than the Danes.

Hear how the whole city was demolished voluntarily before Queen Kristina's coronation, but how it did not have time to be rebuilt according to the plans so that the coronation was moved to Stockholm instead.
