Free cancellation available
Duration: 8 hours - 11 hours

On this tour, you'll be accompanied by a professional driver-guide for a full-day trip to the Alba Carolina Citadel and Corvin Castle.

You'll first travel to the city of Alba Iulia, where you'll be able to wander around and make your way to the symbol of the city, the citadel. This vast fortress complex dates back to the 18th century and is best known for its unusual star shape when viewed from above. Inside, you'll get to see a host of monuments and buildings, as well as learn about the history behind the fortress.

After a tour of the citadel and some free time for lunch, you'll continue your tour to Hunedoara. Here, you'll have the chance to explore Corvin Castle, one of Europe's largest castles and a prime example of Gothic-Renaissance architecture.
