This tour will take you through the western part of the Algarve. You'll begin by making your way to Lagos, where your guide will lead you on a tour of local sights. You'll see landmarks like the Henry the Navigator statue and the building that once served as a slave market. This will be followed by free time to explore the streets, shops and cafés at your own pace.
You'll continue on to Sagres and visit its medieval fortress. Here, you can take in the distinctive architecture, wander the grounds and learn about the area's maritime history. Your next stop will be Cabo de São Vicente, Europe's most south-westerly point, known as the ‘end of the world’. Your tour will end at the nearby Baleeira beach, which doubles as a fishing harbour, to take in the charming scenery.
