On this three-hour guided tour of the Jardim Dr Antonio da Silva Cabral, you’ll go on a three-hour experience of the wonders of Vila Franca do Campo's protected nature reserve.
After meeting your guide at the Marina, you’ll receive safety guidelines and a brief orientation. Then, you’ll sail for ten minutes to reach a volcanic islet, where you can explore the rocky crater and marvel at the endemic Firetree, Azorean Heather and other species.
During the tour, you’ll see a variety of bird and animal species. Additionally, you’ll learn about everything else you come across from your knowledgeable guide. Finally, you’ll take a boat ride around the islet before returning to the Marina at the end of the tour.
