Spend an hour feeling vocal poetry and the strumming of the guitar strings, sometimes sad, sometimes happy, but always full of emotion. Fado is one of the most authentic expressions of Lusitanian culture, known and recognized internationally as Intangible Heritage of Humanity., and this is a projet created and runned by the musicians themselves with support of the local community.
Be warmly welcomed by the artists. At the end of the concert you can enjoy a chat with the artists to learn more about fado and its traditions, and even get the best tips about local places to go. Don't be afraid to ask.
