Comfortable footwear is recommended.
Participants should expect to climb approximately 800 steps during the course of the tour. There is a elevator, but it is only used to reach the surface from the bottom of the mine.
Please bring warm clothing. The temperature underground is 14–16 degrees Celsius.
Smoking and the use of open fire is strictly forbidden within the mine.
Animals, pushchairs and luggage larger than 12 in x 7.9 in x 3.9 in are not permitted.
