On this incredible mountain adventure, you’ll fly over the landscape of Aoraki / Mount Cook from two different modes of transportation: a ski plane and a helicopter. The mountains are covered in snow year-round, and you’ll soar high above them for a magnificent bird’s-eye view of the Tasman Valley, a breathtaking blue glacier lake and the Hochstetter Icefall.
You’ll land on the upper snowfields of the Tasman Glacier and have time to explore the unique white wonderland. For your return trip, you’ll swop aircraft and head back over the snowscape to Mount Cook Airport.
