Please note that intermediate to advanced mountain biking experience is required to participate in this activity.
Participants should be able to ride at a controlled speed and on mellow singlet track terrains.
Participants should be comfortable riding a variety of single tracks, which may include trees, mud, loose rocks and sand.
Participants should be comfortable rolling over small obstacles like roots, rocks and small rollable drops.
Participants should be able to bike uphill for three hours at a moderate pace and be comfortable climbing 300 vertical metres daily.
