Norway is famous for its magnificent scenery and remote wilderness, and this round-trip tour from Tromso will give you the chance to explore one of its most serene spots – the wild Kvaløya (Whale Island).
As you're driven around in a Mercedes van, you'll be able to soak up panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and fjords. You'll then head off into the island's snowy wilderness, keeping your eyes peeled for eagles, sea otters, seals, fox, moose and reindeer with the help of your local guide.
You'll then take a break for lunch in the small, rural village of Sommarøy. Once a fishing village, Sommarøy is now a popular summer getaway with clear waters and white-sand beaches.
