This tour will give you a peek at the Dutch traditions of cheesemaking and clog production. At Simonehoeve traditional cheese farm and clog factory, you’ll embark on a VIP tour to learn the process of creating typical Dutch cheeses and how the famous wooden shoes are formed.
You’ll taste five types of cheeses including the legendary Dutch Gouda and Edam as well as indulgent fried-cheese snacks. These will be accompanied by a selection of mustards and two drinks of your choice.
