Please note that the Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat are daily from 10:00–19:00.
Please contact the reception a day before arrival to provide your car plate number for the security clearance. You'll find their contact details on the ticket.
Please inform the tour provider in case you're pregnant at the time of booking, or in case you have allergies, other physical ailment or disabilities.
Please bring swimwear with you.
This activity cannot accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.
Please note that your voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of booking. Advanced booking is required and subject to availability.
