Please be ready on time. Latecomers will neither be accommodated nor refunded.
You will be provided with MYR 150 in the form of a cash voucher. This can be redeemed on any full-price spa treatment or on food and drinks at the Pomelo Restaurant. Please note that the voucher is not valid at Jeff's Cellar and must be used on the same day.

Upon arrival, please register at the Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat lobby and the butlers will meet and greet.
