투어 시간에 맞춰 대기해 주시기 바랍니다. 늦게 도착하는 경우 투어에 참가하실 수 없으며, 요금도 환불되지 않습니다.
현금 바우처 형태로 MYR150이 제공됩니다. 이 혜택을 정가의 모든 스파 트리트먼트 또는 포멜로 레스토랑에서 식음료 구매 시 사용할 수 있습니다. 바우처는 제프스 셀러(Jeff's Cellar)에서는 사용할 수 없으며 반드시 당일에 사용하셔야 합니다.

Upon arrival, please register at the Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat lobby and the butlers will meet and greet.
