- Wednesday–Monday: 10:00–18:00
- Tuesday: closed

KidZania is located in the Curve NX Shopping Mall, 18, Jalan PJU 7/5, Mutiara Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
The closest MRT station is Damansara Mutiara, SBK08.
Seniors tickets for visitors aged 61 years and older can be purchased directly from the KidZania ticket counters.
Children of any age must be admitted by an adult.
Children aged 8–17 years can enter on their own, but an adult must be present for check-in and checkout.
Adults are not permitted to enter the attraction without a child.
To enter with a child, please ensure you have also purchased an adult’s ticket.
You must register your facial recognition with the URL link in your voucher you’ll receive before your visit. You will be unable to enter the park if you do not register for facial recognition.
Re-entry is not permitted after you leave the venue.
