In this 50-minute exercise session, you will perform movements with a dong stick, also known as a bamboo stick. There will be 16 movements in total, with each one aimed at improving your strength and flexibility while reducing your stress.
The exercise session will be conducted in the morning and by the riverside for a relaxed atmosphere. You will also practice breathing exercises to help you calm your body and mind.
