You will start this fun-filled day when you meet your friendly, bilingual guide at the cruise ship terminal or hotel from Progreso or Merida. You'll be shown to comfortable and air-conditioned transportation for the 40-minute drive to the ruin site. Once you are at the Dzibilchaltun Mayan Ruins, you'll follow your guide through what was once the largest cities in ancient Mesoamerica. On your walk, your experienced guide will tell you information about the culture, as well as the meaning and use of the structures you'll see.
