You can find Muelle Fiscal on the Malecón of La Paz, right in front of the Hotel 7 Crown. Also, there is a big statue of a clam with a huge Pearl. You walk through the arch and you should be able to find any of out two boats at the Pier, it could be either Mamba or Black Fin.
