With this ticket, you can spend a day visiting Tsurugajo Castle, also known as Aizu-Wakamatsu Castle. You'll need to travel to Aizuwakamatsu to reach the castle, situated 35 minutes by foot from Aizuwakamatsu Station. At the castle, you can learn about the fortress’ history that spans 630 years, including how it withstood attacks from the government army during the Boshin War of 1868.
